[flave]
This is my first night trying the flave. I am cooking a Roast with new potatoes carrots and corn.
High 5, 15 minutes on each side.
I really hope it turns out okay!! I'm pretty sure it will. I just did my first flip over, just to make sure the meat browns on both sides!! I'm really excited!!!!
Thank you Mom and Dad!! I will post pictures of my meal once it's done!! I can't wait!!!!

Looks delicious!
I don't understand high 5 on each side for 15 minutes. I would think a roast would take about 30 minutes on each side on high. (Not Frozen). Also, I would not wrap the potatoes in foil. If you don't they will get crispy.. yummy.
Looks like it turned out great. You are now an official "flave slave".
When are the mini cheese cakes coming up????
