The washer kicks ass!

David and I picked up on Friday from G-Ma Dottie's apartment and got it all loaded up! A BIG THANKS GOES OUT TO GRANDMA!! We had a rocky start at first when we got it home. Bringing it up our apartment stairs was a bit of a challenge. After we got it up we decided that we would put it in David's bathroom because it was furthest away from our bedroom when we're sleeping but close enough in the living room that we can hear it when it's done. AND -- Pictures now follow!!

David and the washer/dryer! He's been doing laundry for hours lol

me, extremely tired from cleaning for about 7 hours yesterday lol

we ended up taking the door off cause the washer wouldnt fit right, so we just put up a shower curtain lol

not even half the laundry left... there is more in my car..

our first load! hanging in our bathtub because the steam from the dryer left them a little moist, but after a few minutes they are BONE dry!! woohoo!! PS, grandma, the longest setting on the dryer is 120 minutes, not 90! silly goose!

the adapter to the sink that gave us so much trouble lol! we had to go all over the city to find a piece to make the washer/dryer adapter fit our sink!

I'm serious, this is one of the best gifts David and I could have ever received. Thank you so much Grandma, for thinking of us and giving it to us for free. I know it cost a lot of money and for you to just allow us to have it is just more than I could have ever imagined. This is going to help us out a lot! (David has already done about 15 loads of laundry... he won't even let me get near it because he loves it so much!)




I do have a few requests for pictures of my bass I caught a few weekends ago!!
